Welcome to the beautiful Gravity Haus, where elevated lodging meets mountain town soul. It’s the perfect home for post-run recovery, relaxation, and connection. With its warm, welcoming vibe and thoughtfully designed spaces, Gravity Haus sets the stage for an unforgettable Skycamp experience.
Skycamp Dining
We’ll gather for lunch and dinner each day as a way to connect, share stories, and fuel up together. These shared meals are at the heart of the Skycamp experience.
For breakfast, you’re free to explore and choose from a multitude of local restaurants and cozy coffee shops, all within walking distance of Gravity Haus. Whether you’re grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a full pre-run meal, you’ll find plenty of great options just steps away.
Day 1: Arrival + Welcome
Settle in, check into Gravity Haus, and shake off the travel with an easy shakeout run. We’ll kick things off with a relaxed group dinner and a welcome session where you’ll get to know the team, connect with fellow campers, and get a preview of the week ahead.
Day 2: Skill Building + Strategy
Dive into the fundamentals with expert-led sessions on technical terrain, steep climbs, and efficient movement in the mountains. We’ll also dig into fueling strategies, strength work, and how to train smart for high-altitude efforts.
Day 3: Adventure + Mindset
Explore stunning ridgelines, wildflower meadows, and flowing singletrack on a guided mountain adventure. Along the way, we’ll focus on mental resilience, race mindset, and the grit it takes to keep going when the trail gets tough.
Day 4: The Final Push
Cap it all off with an epic final run designed to bring everything together. This is your chance to test new skills, push your limits, and celebrate the week with the kind of camaraderie that only comes from shared effort and alpine adventure.
Jeremy Strom
With over 20 years of experience, Jeremy is the founder and Head Performance Running Coach at Satori Endurance. He specializes in coaching trail and mountain runners, integrating mental endurance, neurofunctional strength training, and personalized strategies to enhance both physical and mental strength.
Alicia Vargo
Alicia is a distinguished distance runner and coach with a rich background in both road and trail racing. She was a two-time NCAA 10,000m champion and held the NCAA 10,000m record. Her professional achievements include securing top finishes in prominent trail races like the Transvulcania Sky Running and The North Face 50 Mile Championships. Transitioning from professional racing, Alicia now dedicates herself to coaching, helping athletes achieve their running and health goals.
Lisa Renee Tumminello
Lisa Renee brings over 25 years of coaching experience in strength, running, and cycling. Her expertise includes functional movement, mobility, sport-specific program design, and endurance training.
These accomplished coaches collectively bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the SkyCamp experience, fostering a supportive and transformative environment for all participants.
Traveling to Steamboat Springs, Colorado
By Plane:
The primary airport serving Steamboat Springs is Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN), located approximately 22 miles west of the town near Hayden, Colorado. Denver International Airport (DEN) serves as a major hub approximately 180 miles southeast of Steamboat Springs. From DEN, you can rent a car or arrange shuttle services for the drive to Steamboat Springs.
By Car:
Driving to Steamboat Springs offers flexibility and scenic views of Colorado’s mountains.
• From Denver:
1. Take I-70 west through the Eisenhower Tunnel to Silverthorne (Exit 205).
2. Proceed north on CO-9 to Kremmling.
3. Continue west on US-40 to Steamboat Springs.
Travel Tips:
• Shuttle Services: If you prefer not to drive, several shuttle services operate between Denver International Airport and Steamboat Springs, offering a convenient alternative.
